Phone Farm Proposal

Hey team, I want to propose a way to reorganize the phone farm so we can use our devices more efficiently and prepare for future growth.

We currently have 12 usable phones. Each phone can hold:

• 5 Instagram accounts
• 5 Facebook pages
• 10 total accounts

That gives us a maximum capacity of 60 IG accounts and 60 FB pages.

I propose using the updated assignment sheet to:

• Move the remaining active accounts from the Jordan Phone Farm onto our phones.
• Fix the phones currently exceeding the five-account platform limit.
• Create a clear structure for placing future accounts.

Whenever an account is added or moved, we would update the sheet so it remains our source of truth.

Initially, the IG and FB teams would work separate, non-overlapping shifts while sharing the same phones:

• Shift 1: Instagram
• Shift 2: Facebook

This prevents two VAs from needing the same phone at the same time while allowing each device to hold accounts from both platforms.

As we create new accounts, we would place them according to the available capacity shown in the sheet. The long-term goal is to have five IG accounts and five FB pages on each phone.

Future option: Combined model

Once the phones are fully organized, we would have the option to assign one combined VA to each phone:

• Four hours managing five IG accounts
• Four hours managing five FB pages

For now, I believe we should keep the IG and FB teams separate. This proposal fixes the current account distribution, gives us an organized plan for growth, and makes switching to a combined model much easier if we decide to do so later.
